Growth Notes

We have one life to carry the torch passed to us, honoring those before and after us. Roots run deep and branches stem wide.

DApolito & Sons (by DAPOLITO, Inc): high-integrity consulting for businesses with potential.

I love building businesses because it is simply an outlet that lets humans express creativity, provide value, and shape the world.

Why consulting? It’s our first family venture. Most consulting firms are bland; so we infused ours with suave, family meaning, and the brothers’ collective experience.

Why DApolito & Sons? It’s inspired by my paternal great-grandpa Guiseppe’s tailor shop, DApolito & Son, which thrived for 96 years. He arrived from Italy in the U.S. with $2, my great-grandma as his newlywed at 20, and built a legacy serving his community and clients (like the Kennedy’s — yes, the family you’re thinking of). “D’Apolito” means “he who sets the horses free,” a phrase deeply tied to my life. My maternal great-grandpa, Nick, also built businesses (Fierro Bros Service Garage), served in WW2 on the beaches of Normandy, raised up a big family, and uplifted his community, adding to our rich family history.

Our lineage brims with entrepreneurs, rebels, and community-driven souls—even some were tinkers in Ireland… Peaky Blinders vibes. We love empowering others. A personal core aim of mine is positive, generational family growth: freeing people from conformity, building impactful businesses, and uplifting my family.

DApolito & Sons embodies all of this, and more, helping others’ businesses thrive.

"When you compete to be the best, you imitate. When you compete to be unique, you innovate. In business, multiple winners can thrive and coexist. You don’t have to annihilate your competition. While imitation creates a race to the bottom, innovation promotes healthy competition and economic growth." — David Perell
