Growth Notes
The end of the year naturally induces a reflection on what happened the months before, along with planning of what there is to accomplish ahead.
Since 2013, I’ve been setting and accomplish goals for myself. Shoutout to my dad.
I constantly experiment with new year-end frameworks to see what is best for my systems and goals.
Here are some that you can test out — if you don’t already have one for yourself:
Farnam Street Annual Reflections — consists of 7 powerful questions for reflection and goal/system setting
Cissy Hu’s Annual Recalibration — a 6 step process to look back, in order to propel forward, as Cissy perfectly puts it
Past Year Review by Tim Ferriss — Tim is a great person to listen to, extremelyyyy closely, for his excellent tools and tactics.
YearCompass — a free booklet that helps you reflect on the year and plan the next one.
The Wheel of Life Coaching Tool — a way to assess your priorities for your year ahead.
Anthony Gustin’s Annual Review - a robust template for annual reflection.
Do you abide by any year-end reflection frameworks that aren’t listed above? If so, tell me about it in the comments.

My friend, Ben, sent me this. Who wouldn’t want better efficiency in falling asleep? If you try this, let me know how it goes in the comments.
My friend, Ben, also sent me this. It’s an insightful website that Hamza J Alamtab made. It highlights the best routines and rituals from interesting people, like Andrew Huberman, Tim Ferriss, Dr. Rhonda Patrick, and more….
A good song to get in an upbeat, vibey mood.
